In this retreat, we explore paradise as a quality of consciousness, not a distant island or an external perfection, but the luminous presence already alive within us. Through yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry, we journey beyond the stories of who we think we are and rediscover the simplicity, beauty, and freedom that is our natural state.

When we release striving, comparison, and judgment, we find that paradise was never lost, it simply waits behind the noise of the mind. From this remembrance, joy arises naturally, unforced, like sunlight breaking through leaves.

Together, we return not to somewhere new, but to what has always been here, the inner paradise of being, love, and truth.

Meet your Hosts

  • Vera

    Vera is a Traditional Yoga Teacher and Healer who provides a safe and loving space that allows you to be fully in your heart and listen to what it wants to share with you.

    From a young age she had the feeling that the universe had something else in mind for her and when yoga came on her path, it changed her life and yoga became her daily practice, and way of living. She fell in love with Traditional Hatha Yoga, a practice rooted in the heart and felt the longing to share this with the world because it brought her back to life, and into her heart.

    Vera loves bringing community together at the Good Vibes Studio in Bermagui where she holds a space for facilitators to offer their gifts and shares her own love for Traditional Hatha Yoga. She also pours her love into organising the Vibration of the Heart Retreats at Tilba and Awaken your Heart Vibration retreats in Europe, Sri Lanka and Bali.

  • I specialise in Reiki Training, Equine Therapy with children and Whole Energy Balancing. W.E.B is a practice I have developed over the past 20 years as a qualified reiki master, social worker, yoga & meditation teacher that combines counselling, reiki & yoga principles, sound healing, visualisation and inner child work. 

    I would love to work with you if you’re looking for simple yet powerful tools to help you take charge of your own wellbeing. I will assist you to connect within,  realign your energy flow, and discover more peace in this crazy modern world.

  • Marenn is an internationally certified empowerment coach in Zen Coaching and Results Coaching. He is also a nature-loving permaculturalist and a jewelry creator, integrating creativity and connection to the earth into all areas of his life.

    Drawing from the wisdom of presence and self-awareness, Marenn supports individuals in reconnecting with their authentic selves. His coaching and guided meditative inquiry practices help participants dissolve inner conflict, restore balance, and access deeper clarity, joy, and purpose.

    Through his grounded and heart-centered approach, Marenn creates spaces where transformation can unfold - personally, relationally, and collectively. Clients often leave feeling more spacious, empowered, and aligned with their unique path and potential.
