​Vera
Vera is a Traditional Yoga Teacher and Healer who provides a safe and loving space that allows you to be fully in your heart and listen to what it wants to share with you.
From a young age she had the feeling that the universe had something else in mind for her and when yoga came on her path, it changed her life and yoga became her daily practice, and way of living. She fell in love with Traditional Hatha Yoga, a practice rooted in the heart and felt the longing to share this with the world because it brought her back to life, and into her heart.
Vera loves bringing community together at the Good Vibes Studio in Bermagui where she holds a space for facilitators to offer their gifts and shares her own love for Traditional Hatha Yoga. She also pours her love into organising the Vibration of the Heart Retreats at Tilba, Women's Retreats in Victoria and the Bali Pilgrimage.

I specialise in Reiki Training, Equine Therapy with children and Whole Energy Balancing. W.E.B is a practice I have developed over the past 20 years as a qualified reiki master, social worker, yoga & meditation teacher that combines counselling, reiki & yoga principles, sound healing, visualisation and inner child work. 

I would love to work with you if you’re looking for simple yet powerful tools to help you take charge of your own wellbeing. I will assist you to connect within,  realign your energy flow, and discover more peace in this crazy modern world.

Marenn
Marenn is a successful empowerment coach internationally certified in zen coaching & results coaching; he is also a nature loving permaculturalist and talented creator.
Living in authentic self connection Marenn naturally inspires others to refind their own center and integrate balance into their lives. The Zen Coaching approach to life, and coaching is rooted in the timeless wisdom of awareness, in service of inner connection for personal and collective transformation.
Marenn loves sharing dynamic meditative enquiry practices that guide us to connect with who we truly are. Cultivating deeper levels of presence in our lives so we can enjoy more profound abundance and prosperity in our personal wellbeing, relationships, communities and the planet as an interconnected whole.
